- Saddam Hussein: We got him. Now what?

The recent capture of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein raises
several questions relevant to scholars of international law. Though the
International Criminal Court does not have jurisdiction over Iraq,
Saddam Hussein will most likely face some kind of trial in the near
future for alleged war crimes, genocide, torture, and crimes against
humanity. However, international policymakers and legal scholars are
split on how to handle a potential trial. Below is a selection of news
articles that discuss the legal dimension of Saddam Hussein's capture.

The Independent Student Coalition for the International Criminal Court would like to invite you to participate in our Remembrance Month during the month of April. We are dedicating this month to many historical, yet tragic, events that occurred during April:

To commemorate the victims of these and many other horrific events, the
ISC-ICC joins the Washington Working Group on the International
Criminal Court (WICC) in their Victims Trust Fund Campaign.
